OnePlus 3 has made its international debut with the latest flagship from OnePlus available for purchase in multiple countries at launch time including Canada.

OnePlus 3 has been one of the most awaited phones from OnePlus owing to the success of the smartphone’s predecessors. Packing the look and feel of a premium handset, the OnePlus 3 also features interiors that make it one of the best smartphones available today at relatively affordable prices. OnePlus 3 isn’t carrier locked and that makes it even more appealing for customers are not required to be bound to a particular operator. Further the bootloader is unlocked as well giving customers the ability to tweak their phones to the maximum.

One of the most annoying things about smartphones is long charging times and to cater to that issues, OnePlus has incorporated Dash Charge technology in OnePlus 3. This technology is a faster, cooler and safer way to charge a smartphone. The technology can replenish more than 60% of the 3,000 mAh battery in 30 minutes and continues fast charging even when streaming video or playing energy-intensive games. This is made possible by leveraging a large electric current for stable, consistent charging speeds.

In addition, Dash Charge carries more current than other charging solutions, and at lower temperatures, by shifting the power management process from the phone itself to the Dash Charge adapter, so a vast majority of the heat generated while charging never reaches the device. Along with five custom safety measures in place to safeguard the adaptor, cable and phone itself, users can charge their OnePlus 3 as fast as possible without worry.

Some of the other features of OnePlus 3 are 16-megapixel rear camera, Smart Capture, Smile Capture, front-facing 8-megapixel camera, dual-stabilization technologies – Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), all-metal unibody, stunning 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor (up to 2.2 GHz), 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, OxygenOS, among other things.
